Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. The 15-minute discovery call is complimentary and carries no obligation. The in-clinic consultation is 60 minutes and billed — and is fully redeemable against any treatment you book within 30 days.
Will I look overdone?
Our philosophy is restraint. Most patients report that friends say 'you look well rested' — not 'what did you do'. We use micro-dosing and gradual layering.
How long do results last?
It depends on the treatment and your biology. Toxins typically 3–4 months, hyaluronic fillers 9–14 months, biostimulators up to 24 months. We'll outline the timeline in your written plan.
Is the clinic DHA licensed?
Yes. We hold an active Dubai Health Authority facility license and Dr Aida is a DHA-licensed consultant. All products are sourced from authorised distributors with cold-chain verification.
Do you offer bilingual care?
Yes — consultations, written plans, and aftercare are all available in both English and Arabic. The website and all digital touchpoints are fully bilingual.
What about downtime?
Most injectable and hydrafacial treatments have no downtime. Lasers and deeper peels can have 3–7 days of social downtime. Every plan includes a recovery forecast.
